Catalyst Iris is a free tool from Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst at Toronto Metropolitan University. It helps Canadian SMBs safely and effectively integrate AI into their business.

Do we need to be using AI already?
No. Iris can help you think through where to start. If your team already uses AI, the conversation can help you consider those uses and what needs attention.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Iris asks about your business in plain language. You can answer in your own words.
How long does it take?
Most conversations take about 10 minutes. You can pause at any time. Progress is saved on your device, and in your account when signed in.
Is Iris free?
Yes. The conversation and report are free. You can start without an account; signing in is required to view your report.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start the conversation without an account. Signing in is required to view the report.
What happens to my data?
Progress is saved on the device. After sign-in, account details, progress and results are stored on the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst servers (Firebase) to allow access across devices. Survey responses may be sent to the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst AI engine (OpenAI) to create your report. Responses will not be used to train OpenAI models under the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst API setup. With your consent, we may use Google Analytics. You can decline analytics and still have access to Iris. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing. We do store data to run and improve Catalyst Iris.
