Catalyst Iris is committed to GDPR compliance and protecting your personal data. We store limited data to power the product and improve the experience — never to sell or share it.

1. What We Store

Catalyst Iris uses your browser's Local Storage to save survey progress on your device so you can continue without losing answers. When you create an account or sign in, we also store account details and related progress/results on our servers (Firebase) so you can access them across devices. Survey inputs may be processed by our AI engine (OpenAI) to generate your report. With your consent, we may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver your assessment and report, sync progress when you are signed in, and analyze product usage so we can improve Catalyst Iris. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. AI processing is used to generate your report and is not used to train OpenAI models for general purposes under our API configuration.

3. Your GDPR Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right to Erasure: You can clear local progress in the app and request deletion of account-linked data by contacting us.
  • Right to Access: You can view your survey progress and report in the product, and request a copy of account-linked data by contacting us.
  • Right to Portability: You can export or request your data in a portable format by contacting us.
